attn: Bostonians

This summer, I want to go in on a house on the Cape so that I could be there 2 weekends/month, so I need to find a bunch of people who already do this or are interested in doing this.

Does anyone know how or where I can find these people? Craigslist appears to not be forthcoming on the vacation rentals page, and I don't imagine it's too early.

Also, please email me if you are interested in doing this as well! That would be ideal, ideally.

I bet you could also find some bartenders who would be willing to do this for weekday slots. Bartenders tend to work weekends have Mondays and Tuesdays off and they can make pretty decent money.

So you could split the cost across more people.

True true. Now if only they had some skills relevant to beach house-sharing...

personally, i think you should just buy a house on the cape. or build one. and then i'll come there to write my dissertation. yeah? yeah? do i hear an amen?

Although clearly I should not write a dissertation without capitalization, such as the above. Hm.

I must admit, I enjoy the back and forth liking of karitas that is occurring on this blog. Even if I have yet to comment on it, I am basking from afar. L&I, don't you love the virtual community you have created, united purely by love of YOU?

Does bell hooks eschew all capitalization? I think you should write your dissertation at this fabled house on Cape Cod. I could make you lunch and dinner, a la Barefoot Contessa, but probably without the patience.

What I really want, of course, is a house of my own, oceanfront, with several decks and a huge kitchen and the bedrooms on the first floor. Isn't visualizing what you want supposed to get it for you?

New rule: bonus points for word verifications that are new kinship terms. I like your phonetic approach.
